The Process
Find out more about how projects usually progress when you work with us at CMG.
1. Book a free home Consultation
We will come to meet you at your convenience to consult with you about your needs, visions and goals for the building work. We will make measurements and find out all that we need in order to progress to the next stage.
2. Receive a design and quotation
We get to work in our offices using planning software, CAD and other modern design techniques. At this time we will be better able to give you an accurate break down of costs and a quotation.
3. Agree the proposal and start date for your project
(approx 2 – 3 weeks from this date)
Duration of projects:
Conservatories approx 2 weeks
Sunrooms approx 4 weeks
Porches approx 2 days
Windows & doors approx 1 day
4. Payment
We operate on a stage payment structure.
References can be provided or a visit to a previous project can be arranged on request.
Before we begin works, we will agree with you on such things as access, parking, storage, working area, working times and availability of power and water.
We offer a full after sale customer service.
